Job summary

Vitality Living Baypoint Village in Hudson, FL is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse for a full-time night shift. You will administer medications, coordinate resident care, and communicate with physicians to ensure accurate documentation and updates to service plans.

LPN Charge Nurse Requirements:

• Administrate or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments
• Collect, store, and ensure transport of certain specimens for laboratory studies
• Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms
• Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts
• Assist in the development and revision of service plans. Inform Wellness Director of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
• Perform other duties as directed by Wellness Director
