Job summary

Waycross Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the part-time night shift. You will provide high-quality clinical care, work with RNs and CNAs, and help ensure resident well-being in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in GA or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
