Job summary

Waycross Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time night shift. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the care team.

The role emphasizes medication administration, monitoring residents, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical policies. Georgia license required or eligible; prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Education

Active LPN license (State of Georgia or eligible)

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
