Job summary

Waycross Health & Rehab in the United States is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night and weekend shifts. Starting pay ranges from $28.46 to $31.40 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays. As an LPN, you will work with RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care,

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
