Job summary

Waycross Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time Day shift. Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, with evenings, nights and weekends differential and management add-on pay.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (GA) or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
