Job summary

Montezuma Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift. You will work with RNs and CNAs to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a nonprofit, mission-driven setting.

Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligible.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN
