Job summary

Waycross Health & Rehab in Waycross, GA is seeking a part-time LPN Charge Nurse for the day shift to join our compassionate interdisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, and document care according to care plans. Georgia LPN license is required or eligible; strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential.
