Waycross Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN for night/weekend shifts in Waycross, GA. Starting pay ranges from $28.46 to $31.40 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

You will provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, and support the care team to maintain excellent patient outcomes in a non-profit, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork abilities.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
