Job summary

Ansley Park Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven nonprofit center. Starting pay ranges from $28.35 to $31.50 per hour, with evening, night and weekend differentials and weekly pay.

You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, and maintain accurate documentation in line with care plans and policies. This role supports a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
