Job summary

CHSGa is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a care-focused, non-profit setting. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in our community centers.

Starting pay ranges from $28.35 to $31.50 per hour with weekly pay, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and a supportive work culture that values your contributions.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or eligibility in required state.
• Demonstrated compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
