Job summary

Pinewood Healthcare Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and support daily living.

We offer competitive wages from $25.75 to $29.00 per hour, shift differentials in evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401(k) match, PTO, and more.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
