Job summary

Gordon Health & Rehab in Calhoun, GA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a mission-driven team providing high-quality care. You’ll work with RNs, CNAs and the inter-disciplinary group to deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing in a welcoming, nonprofit setting.

The position focuses on administering medications, monitoring residents, documenting care, and ensuring policy compliance while supporting a culture of respect and teamwork with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Ability to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary clinical teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.

Full Time

Starting Pay: $28.35 to $31.50/hour. Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends. Management add on pay. Weekly pay.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
