Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a PRN Night LPN to join a compassionate, mission-driven team in Dawson, GA. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, and provide direct nursing care in line with care plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
