Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse to join our patient-centered care team in Dawson, GA. This PRN night position offers competitive starting pay and shift differentials, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a non-profit setting. We value teamwork, clinical excellence, and a calling to make a difference in our community.

Formación

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgement and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
