Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for PRN night shifts in Georgia. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory standards while contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
