Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being.

Active GA LPN licensure or eligibility is required. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and regulatory compliance in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience delivering patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
