Job summary

Newnan Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team in a full-time position. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being in a compassionate, person-centered approach.

The role requires an active LPN license (GA or eligible), strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Compassionate, high-quality patient care

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team

• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Starting Pay: $28.35 to $31.50/hour
