Job summary

Greene Point Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a respected long-term care setting. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure resident well‑being.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring conditions, documenting accurately, and mentoring CNAs. A Georgia LPN license or eligibility is required, with a strong commitment to compassionate care and

• Active LPN license (Georgia or eligible) is required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Your Impact as an LPN
