Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day shifts. You will partner with RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents, administer medications, monitor conditions, and document care plans in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
