Job summary

Winthrop Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our compassionate care team in Georgia. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
