Job summary

Waycross Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN to join our compassionate care team in Waycross, GA. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care, under a supportive leadership environment.

The role emphasizes administering medications, monitoring residents, and maintaining meticulous documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior long-term care is a plus, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
