Cherry Blossom Health & Rehab in Macon, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven, not-for-profit care center. You’ll work closely with RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
