Job summary

Lynn Haven Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated care team. You’ll collaborate with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Active Georgia LPN license or eligibility is required. We offer competitive wages, shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN
