Job summary

Lynn Haven Health & Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality clinical care. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care aligned with care plans.

This role supports a mission-driven, non-profit environment in Georgia. The position features pay between $26.25 and $29.50 per hour with evening/night/weekend differentials, weekly pay, and benefits including PTO, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in GA or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
