Job summary

CHSGa in Georgia seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with RNs and CNAs to support overall well-being in a community care setting.

The position includes shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, plus weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support caregivers and their families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (Georgia) or eligible.
• Compassionate, high-quality care provider.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
