Job summary

Lynn Haven Health & Rehab in Gray, GA is seeking a part-time LPN Charge Nurse for night shift to deliver high-quality clinical care under the leadership of RNs and the interdisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with policies while communicating with families and the care team. A GA LPN license, compassion, and reliability are essential.
