Job summary

CHSGa is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in delivering high-quality clinical care to residents. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care across shifts.

This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to care plans. Starting pay ranges from $28.35 to $31.50 per hour, with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active license, Georgia state or eligible.
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care.
• Ability to work with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and supervise CNAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and team.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
