Job summary

Chelsey Park Health & Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role in Georgia. You will work alongside RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, person-centered care, administering medications, monitoring residents, and documenting care.

Full Time:

Starting Pay: $28.35 to $31.50/hour

Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
