Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab in Richland, WA is seeking an experienced LPN to deliver high-quality clinical care and support our interdisciplinary team. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure resident well‑being in a compassionate, person‑centered care environment.

We offer evening, full-time hours with starting pay of $25.75 to $29/hour, shift differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance,

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Compassionate, high‑quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
