Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN to join our nonprofit, mission-driven team delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You’ll work closely with RNs, CNAs, and an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well‑being in a caring environment.

Active LPN license required (State of Georgia or eligible). You’ll administer medications, monitor conditions, document care, and mentor CNAs while upholding regulatory standards and compassionate service.

Responsibilities

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
