Job summary

Heritage Oaks is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time night position. Starting pay is $26.25 to $29.50 per hour with shift differentials, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven, compassionate care environment.

You will administer meds, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with RNs to ensure person-centered care and compliance with policies. A Georgia LPN license is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
