Job summary

Heritage Inn Sandersville is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven team delivering compassionate, person-centered care. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well‑being and safety.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
