Job summary

Orchard Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time night shifts. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
