Job summary

sasllc in Georgia Royston is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our patient-centered care team. You will work with RNs and CNAs to administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure quality care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

We offer starting pay $28.35 to $31.50 per hour, shift differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
