Job summary

Chaplinwood Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team in Georgia. In this full-time role, you will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct nursing care within treatment plans.

Qualifications

• LPN license active in Georgia or eligible for licensure.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
