Newnan Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality clinical care as a full-time Charge Nurse during the day shift. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centered care.

Starting pay ranges from $30.40 to $33.57 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, plus weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Demonstrated compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Strong clinical judgement and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable, with commitment to excellence.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
