Job summary

Cherry Blossom Health & Rehab in Macon, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality clinical care to residents. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring conditions, and documenting care per care plans. Georgia LPN licensure is required, with long-term care experience preferred. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits available.

Your Impact as an LPN
