Job summary

Pinewood Healthcare Center is seeking an LPN to deliver high-quality care within a compassionate team. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and other professionals to provide patient-centered nursing services and support daily operations.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, adherence to care plans, and collaborative communication in a non-profit, mission-driven setting with opportunities for growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Pay: $25.75 to $29.00.

Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends. Management add on pay. Weekly pay.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
