Job summary

Bethesda Health in Missouri seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide basic nursing care, assist with resident assessments, and support the care planning process. You will communicate with the interdisciplinary team and families, implement nursing interventions including medications, and ensure safe, timely care.

Qualifications

• Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in LPN
• Current LPN license in the state you will be working
• CPR and AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months
• IV certification required, or willing to obtain within six months

Responsibilities

• Provides basic nursing care by assisting in the assessment of the resident on admission and ongoing basis
• Communicates plan to IDT members and residents and families
• Administers nursing interventions per plan of care, including medications and treatments
• Notifies physician timely using SBARR and maintains composure during crises
