Covenant Village Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise STNAs and other personnel to uphold quality care standards.

Responsibilities include charting, medication administration, shift planning, and collaboration with physicians and departments to ensure excellent residents’ care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with relevant healthcare experience.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise STNAs and non-licensed personnel.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing personnel in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms or charts upon resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Lead, educate, counsel, and discipline assigned STNAs as necessary.
• Review resident care plans daily and inform the Nurse Supervisor of changes.
