Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Ohio (OH)
• Experience with charting and medication administration
• Ability to supervise STNAs and non-licensed staff

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing functions of STNAs and other nursing staff
• Complete and file admission/transfers/discharge records
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
• Inform nursing staff of new admissions and assignments
• Review and update resident care plans daily
