Job summary

Citadel at Saint Joseph Village in the United States is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN is responsible for a group of residents during a shift, providing licensed care under physician orders and ensuring safety and compliance.

You will document care, assist with assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with CNAs and the IDT to meet resident care plans. Long-term care experience preferred; CPR required.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Current license to practice as an LPN in the state.
• 1 year experience preferred for role.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Receives and provides nursing reports on shift start and end.
• Maintains clean and sanitary nurse station and treatment areas.
• Directs and supervises CNAs for assigned unit.
• Performs patient assessments and observes care plans.
