Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will join a dedicated team whose camaraderie builds community and lasting relationships with associates and residents.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, coordinating care with providers, supervising assistants, and responding to emergencies while supporting resident independence.

Formación

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably with elderly residents.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
• Observe and report changes in health to care directors and physicians.
• Direct and supervise daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job responsibilities.
• Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Recognize and report elder abuse or neglect per state regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and activate backup when needed.
