Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care for residents in a warm, home-like setting. Join a team that values support, camaraderie, and long-lasting relationships with both associates and residents.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, supervising care staff, coordinating with providers, and ensuring safety per regulations. Current LPN license and CPR certification required; 1–2 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience; elderly care preferred.
• Experience in paid or volunteer elder care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in resident health to the team.
• Directs and supervises daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinates care needs with providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with resident independence.
• Recognizes elder abuse and reports per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and safety systems promptly.
