Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring full-time LPNs to join our compassionate care team. You will provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, with opportunities to supervise nurse assistants and administer medications.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass criminal background check and CAPS background check

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments
• May supervise nurse assistants and coordinate care with the healthcare team
• Maintain high-quality patient care and uphold safety standards

Open Positions:

• Full-Time 6am-6pm
• Full-Time 6pm-6am
• PRN all shifts (both 8 and 12 hr shifts)

Rate Range:

$35-$44
