Wellpath is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a nursing role in the United States. The position focuses on delivering compassionate patient care under RN supervision, administering medications (including IV therapy where certified), and contributing to individualized treatment plans.

Required is a current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment and CPR certification, with at least one year of clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Implements treatment programs, administers medications including IV therapy where certified.
• Counts controlled substances with safety precautions and responds to codes as needed.
• Assists in procedures, plans nutrition/therapeutic diets, and documents encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attends staff meetings and training to ensure high-quality patient care.
