Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients' health status and supports treatment plans.
• Administer medications including IV therapy if certified and follow protocols.
• Document nursing encounters and communicate with physicians and staff.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and uphold patient care standards.
