Job summary

Northshore Heights Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide resident-centered care, administer medications, and document care accurately.

This role requires a Tennessee LPN license, comfort with overnight shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and the ability to work independently while supporting the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in senior living or related settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced nurse who is confident working overnight and passionate about providing exceptional, resident-centered care.

In This Role You Will...

• Provide compassionate nursing care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately to health concerns or emergencies
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the care team

What We’re Looking For...

• Current and valid Tennessee LPN license
• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or a related setting is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to respond calmly to overnight resident needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
• Ability to work independently while remaining a supportive member of the care team

Schedule

• Full-time
• Overnight shift: 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. including every other weekend
