Northshore Heights Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide resident-centered care, administer medications, and document care accurately.

This role requires a Tennessee LPN license, comfort with overnight shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and the ability to work independently while supporting the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in senior living or related settings preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and overnight responsiveness.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, resident-focused.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately to health concerns or emergencies.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the care team.
• Provide guidance and support to personal care staff during the overnight shift.
• Follow all community policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Promote each resident’s dignity, independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life.
