Job summary

Proctor Place in Peoria, IL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality overnight care in a resident-centered environment. This full-time 32-hour/week role runs overnight from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM with every-other-weekend and rotating holidays.

You will monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to support comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license to practice in Illinois.
• Ability to provide compassionate overnight nursing care.
• Willingness to work overnight hours and weekends.

• Schedule: Full-Time (32 hours/week)
• Shift: Overnight | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Rotation: Every other weekend + rotating holidays

Pay & Premiums

• Hourly Pay Rate: $36.00/hour
• Weekend Premium: +$2.00/hour for Saturday & Sunday hours
